With the involvement of 35 employees Thrasher Basement Systems and Foundation Supportworks had the opportunity to give back to the Omaha community. Partnering with the Abide Network, we were able to provide foundation sabalization for two homes, by installing 6 PowerBraces and 30 wall anchors.
The dream of Abide is to see Omaha, Nebraska and the cities around the world have no inner city! Abide has bought houses in North Omaha, rehabbed them, and placed families in there who will bring light, hope, and assistance to their community. These Abide houses are transforming one neighborhood at a time.
After all the work was completed Thrasher and Foundation Supportworks hosted a block party in an effort to celebrate the Abide network and their ongoing community efforts in the North Omaha community.
