Thrasher Basement Systems and Foundation Supportworks hosted a national sales training this week for Supportwork dealers nationwide. The event took place at the Thrasher offices in La Vista, Nebraska Wednesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 6, 2013. The main goal of this training was to provide sales managers the tools to effectively manage their teams and develop skills.
Representatives enjoyed their stay in the midwest for our two day program which started at 8am and end at 5:30pm. Presentations were given by both Thrasher representatives Dan Thrasher, Vice-President and Nick Rohe Sales Manager and Tiffany Seevers, Human Resource Director. Objectives during these sessions included role play, employee retention, leadership and establishing culture in the sales environment.
