On Monday, May 21st, Thrasher Basement Systems’ staff held its second quarter meeting. The meeting was designed to get all of the employees caught up on new information and to award “The One” award to deserving employees. Tiffany Seevers, Director of Human Resources; Jim Gidley, Director of Finance; Jenny Thompson, Marketing Manager; Nick Rohe, Sales Manager; Aaron Ruskamp, Production Manager; Jeremy Seier, TBF Production Manager; Jon Erbst, Service Manager; and Dan Thrasher, Vice President; all presented at the meeting. They covered everything from new commercials hitting TV, their high feedback from customers, and future community outreach programs.
Also at the meeting, Dan Thrasher gave out several “The One” awards . This award is given out to employees that exemplify Thrasher Basement Systems’ core values. The core values are split into four categories: One Team, for individuals unified as a family and empowered to be extraordinary; One Passion, for being relentless in the pursuit of constant improvement; One Experience, for providing WOW service to every customer, every time; and One Community, for being an advocate for our community, returning the blessings we’ve been given. The award recipients were Anthony Salcedo for demonstrating One Passion and One Experience, Don Good for One Team and One Passion, Collin Crouch for One Team and One Passion, Jason Jones and Erik Cody for One Team and One Passion and Jon Neuvirth and Jim Hesse for One Team and One Passion. Each award recipient received a One Award patch.
