More than 65 people including owners, managers, sales representatives, foreman and installers from over 19 dealer offices attended Foundation Supportworks training in Omaha this week. The training involved three separate tracks - new dealer training, installation training and sales training to conclude the week.
New Dealer Training consists of assisting each new dealer help members of their team get started on the right foot. As starting a new business or business division can be overwhelming, New Dealer Training provides a broad overview of all aspects of the business including Marketing, Call Center, Sales, Production and Service.
During Installation Training, foreman and installation crews received hands-on training at actual job sites in addition to comprehensive classroom training. The training is beneficial because as crews can be faced with a variety of challenges on a job site, this training equips crews to overcome those challenges.
Residential Sales Training helps to train sales managers and system design specialists to be knowledgeable and confident on how to diagnose foundation problems and recommend the right solutions to home owners.
Thrasher Basement Systems and Foundation Supportworks hosted this week-long training event and enjoyed interacting with other dealer offices throughout North America.
