For the purposes of a little healthy competition and fun along the way, the Thrasher managers challenged their teams during the busy summer to work hard and go the extra mile to provide 'WOW' service to our customers every day. If the teams were successful, some of the managers agreed to shave their heads in front of the staff! Everyone on the team took on the challenge and, as you will see from the pictures attached, exceeded their managers' expectations. As a result, Aaron Ruskamp, Production Manager, Dan Thrasher, Director of Operations, Jim Gidley, Director of Finance, Nick Rohe, Sales and Service Manager, Greg Thrasher, President, Ray Brown, Product Installation Manager, and Steve Wilson, Lead Mechanic received a "haircut" on Tuesday morning during the Production/Sales meeting. Most of them felt like it was more than just a haircut, but were good sports and certainly held up their end of the bargain. Special thanks to all the Thrasher team members for their hard work and efforts over the last couple months. Each and every member of the team is a contributor and count it an honor to serve our customers.
